FAQs
We cover many questions that come up below
1. Who can join Connected Momentum programs?
Teens aged 15+, adults, small business owners, and nonprofit professionals are all welcome. Our programs are tailored to each group’s needs in professionalism, communication, and presentation development.
2. What’s the difference between coaching and the community sessions?
Coaching sessions (1-on-1 or small group) are structured and goal-oriented. Community sessions are informal, collaborative events designed for sharing, networking, and exploring new ideas.
3. Is this therapy or mental health counseling?
No. Our programs are career and professional development-focused. While we create a supportive environment, we do not provide therapy or mental health services.
4. How long are sessions and how are they delivered?
Sessions run 60–75 minutes and are conducted online using the Swarm platform. Occasional in-person meetups may be offered depending on location and demand.
5. What if I miss a session?
We understand things come up! We ask that you notify us in advance. While community events may be dropped into as available, coaching sessions require advance scheduling.
6. Is parental consent required for teens?
Yes. All participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form and participant agreement before joining any session.
7. What does it cost to join?
We offer tiered pricing for coaching sessions. Community sessions may be free or low-cost. Scholarships and sliding scale options are available for those who qualify.
8. How does Connected Momentum support nonprofit staff and volunteers?
We offer specialized coaching and training sessions to help nonprofit teams strengthen their professionalism, presentation skills, and communication—whether they’re interfacing with donors, stakeholders, or the public. Programs can be tailored for front-line staff, program managers, or leadership teams.
9. Can organizations sponsor group coaching for their teams or youth?
Yes. Small businesses, nonprofits, and youth programs can contract with Connected Momentum to provide private coaching cohorts. Contact us for partnership and pricing options.
10. How do I get started?
Complete the intake form, sign the agreement, and register for your preferred session. You’ll receive a welcome packet and calendar of upcoming events upon approval.
